Proposal for CSR Partnership to Empower Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) in Gorakhpur

On behalf of Manav Kalyan Sansthan, we are pleased to present a proposal for a CSR initiative aimed at empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Our organization has been working tirelessly to address the challenges faced by marginalized communities, and this initiative seeks to make a significant impact on the lives of PwDs by promoting inclusivity, self-reliance, and dignity.
The proposed project, titled “Inclusive Development Program for PwDs,” aims to address critical issues such as lack of accessibility, unemployment, healthcare challenges, and societal stigma.
Through this initiative, we plan to:
Develop inclusive public infrastructure.
Provide vocational training and skill development.
Offer assistive devices and healthcare services.
Conduct awareness campaigns to foster social inclusion.
We firmly believe that this project aligns with your organization’s CSR mandate of
contributing to societal development and empowerment. With your support, we
aim to:
- Impact 1,000 PwDs in Gorakhpur.
- Create employment opportunities for 500 individuals.
- Develop accessible public spaces and enhance community awareness.
The total estimated budget for this initiative is ₹49,25,000, and we are seeking your esteemed organization’s partnership to make this project a reality. A detailed proposal outlining the objectives, activities, timeline, and expected outcomes is attached for your kind consideration.
